Trilobite Apricot Blend 2 — Wild Ale 7%

This blend of our golden sour came out of white wine and bourbon barrels after a 15 month mixed culture fermentation. It then spent 2.5 months in our oak foeder with 220 g/l of apricots.

This blend of Trilobite was made of two batches that matured from 14 months to 3 years in white wine and bourbon oak barrels.
