Local Kriek Blend#2 — Kriek 7%

A blend of three different barrels of pale wild ales, aged 12-24 months, to which was added 500 g/l of cherries from Lerkendal, Trondheim and Stevns cherries from Svelvik. The beer spent 7 months fermenting with the whole cherries in our oak foeder and two months maturing in steel tank before bottling.
