India pale lager brewed with Weyermann Pils, Bonsak munich, rye malt, melanoidin, and caramalt. Saaz, Amarillo and Simcoe hops. Lagered for about 1.5 month. Notes of grapefruit, pine, breadcrust and caramel. A subtle spiciness lingers on the back end.

A belgian dark strong inspired beer aged in bourbon oak barrels with our unique mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria, Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces.

This blend was made of beer that spent one to four years in barrels, then aged with fruit purées and juice of cherries and blackberries.
