Bière de Coupage Blend Boerenerf — Bière de Coupage 6%

Blend of 6 months old dry-hopped Saison with Lambic. Collab with the Belgian artisanal blenders at Boerenerf. We brewed the Saison in Trondheim in the fall of 2025, using local malt from Bonsak and a Belgian hop Groene Belle. We then blended it with a 3 year old Lambic from Boerenerf, with a ratio of 35% Lambic and 65% Saison. Naturally carbonated in the bottle.
