Celebratory Eisbock for our batch #500. This beer is brewed on Bonsak malts, boiled for a long time, and fermented with a southern German Lager yeast strain. It was then aged for 7 months before cryo concentrated. Lastly it spent 10 months resting on Oloroso Sherry Barrels.

The old warrior stepped out of his small hut on this dewy summer morning. The soft mist curled among the canopy, but quickly vanished as the first sunlight hit from behind the snow covered mountain range.

This blend was made of beer that spent one to four years in barrels, then aged with fruit purées and juice of cherries and blackberries.
