Mephisto — Sherry BA Eisbock 14%

Celebratory Eisbock for our batch #500. This beer is brewed on Bonsak malts, boiled for a long time, and fermented with a southern German Lager yeast strain. It was then aged for 7 months before cryo concentrated. Lastly it spent 10 months resting on Oloroso Sherry Barrels.

This blend of Trilobite was made of two batches that matured from 14 months to 3 years in white wine and bourbon oak barrels.
