Timothy's Monster is a blend of bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stouts with additions.
This year's edition is a collaboration with Pala Coffee. The beer spent 19 months in barrels before we brought it out and added freshly roasted coffee from Pala.
Coffee: Pala Francisco Lopez, Guatemala
Barrels: Barton 1792 and Stagg JR. bourbon barrels
